Most frequently asked questions and answers
This is the choice of the client, however we would recommend photography as well as videography. We believe wedding photos are to look back on, whereas wedding videography allows you to relive the day.
We do not charge for any travel up to a 50 mile radius, further then this we will charge per mile & should the location be a certain distance – we may require overnight accommodation.
If a meeting is required, we do ask for this to be over zoom or a phone call. We feel this is more efficient for both the client and us as videographers. We’re more than happy to jump on a call for whenever is best for you however if the location is not to far away then we are happy to arrange a face to face meeting.
We accept bank transfer, debit card, credit card, PayPal & Klarna. Fees may apply with finance options.
A deposit which goes towards your remaining balance will be required. The remaining balance will then be required to paid two weeks before your booking.
We stay to film the First Dance (and around 15 minutes afterwards), unless there is a request for us to stay later when booking.
Unlike most videographers who take aleast 6 weeks, we aim to have the first draft to you within 14 days if not sooner.
We will capture drone shots where we can unless they are forbidden at the chosen venue.
Sound is important for us, so we use various ways in which to record the ceremony and speeches. One of those ways is with the lavalier microphone, which we tend to attach to the groom, vicar, and whoever may be making speeches on the day.
Cancellation can be made at any time, however when the deposit is paid and date confirmed; we cannot refund this after 30days before to your booking.
